The Opportunity Are you a talented structural analyst looking for a dynamic & innovative work environment and ready to be part of a team that tackles infrastructure challenges? Our structural engineering department is looking for a passionate structural analyst to join our team. ‎ Your Key Responsibilities • Developing finite element models using FEA software such as ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, ANSYS or other. • Post-processing of the analysis results through automation and data reduction • Performing structural modelling of buildings, bridges and other structures using structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, Perform-3D, RISA-3D, RAM Structural System so, SAFE, SP Concrete Design software. • Conducting building and foundation soil-structure interaction analysis in the time and/or frequency domains • Performing design checks of structural components for compliance with codes and standards • Preparing engineering calculations, reports, and presentations for clients • Reviewing drawings to extract design inputs • Developing conceptual drawings and sketches • Assisting in project delivery, task management, project management, business development, and proposal developments. ‎ Required Qualifications • MS Degree in Civil Engineering. • Proficiency in using design and finite element analysis software including ETABS, SAP2000, Perform-3D, SAFE, PLAXIS, SAP, Robot Structural Analysis. • Proficiency with use of one or more commercial finite element analysis programs, such as: ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, ANSYS, GTSTRUDL, SASSI. • Proficiency with use of computer programming and scripting tools for engineering computations, such as Mathcad, MATLAB, Python, and VBA. • Knowledge of American Standards including ASCE, IBC, AISC, ACI. • Experience in producing 2D/3D structural engineering drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English). ‎ Desired Qualifications • Seismic design and analysis. • Structural Concrete and/or Steel Design. • Structural and/or seismic retrofit experience. • Parametric design (Rhino 3D, Grasshopper). • Programming skills (Python, SQL, MATLAB, C++, …). ‎ Perks and Benefits • Competitive compensation package: Receive a competitive base salary commensurate with your experience, skills and performance. • Opportunities for professional growth: Access to training programs, workshops, conferences and industry events to stay updated on the latest advancements. • Cutting-Edge technologies and innovative projects: Work with the latest engineering tools and industry-leading software while collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that address real-world challenges. • Work-Life balance: Flexible work schedules to accommodate your personal needs and promote a healthy work-life balance. ‎ Additional Information If you're excited about the opportunity, please send your resume to hr(at)eqsols(dot)com Note that this position will be physically located in Tripoli, Lebanon and fully remote applicants will NOT be considered.
