The Opportunity: Are you passionate about marketing and social media? The marketing department of our engineering, construction and real estate company is looking for a dynamic marketing intern to join our team. Your Key Responsibilities: • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. • Creating and curating engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain our target audience. • Assisting with the organization and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and products/services. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. • Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Required Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field. • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Basic understanding of marketing principles and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. • Comfortable using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Interest in social media content creation (scheduling, posting, or brainstorming ideas). • Experience in content creation, creating graphics, or producing videos, is a plus. • Willingness to explore tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design platforms, for creating visually appealing content for digital marketing campaigns.
