We’re hiring Waiters / waitress to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
* Present menus and provide recommendations when needed.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
* Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
* Respond to guests’ questions and requests in a polite and professional manner.
* Handle customer complaints efficiently and report issues to the supervisor.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
