Reply to customer messages and comments on Instagram
Answer product questions clearly and professionally
Guide customers toward placing orders
Follow up with interested leads
Create and update Excel / CSV files (EPS / product data as required)
Enter and organize product information accurately
Fluent in Arabic and English
Must type Arabic properly (clear, correct, professional)
Good written English
Experience answering customers on Instagram or WhatsApp
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (CSV files)
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Able to work remotely and follow daily task lists
