Must type Arabic properly (clear, correct, professional)
Good written English
Experience answering customers on Instagram or WhatsApp
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (CSV files)
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Able to work remotely and follow daily task lists
