Brite Med supplies hospitals and medical institutions across Lebanon with high-quality single‑use medical devices. As we expand our commercial footprint, we are growing our sales team to strengthen client relationships, increase market coverage, and ensure healthcare providers have timely access to essential disposables.
Role summary
As a Medical Sales Representative at Brite Med you will promote and sell single‑use medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions in your assigned territory. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders, provide product information and demonstrations, support account onboarding, and consistently achieve agreed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Manage an assigned territory (Beirut, South, North, or Bekaa) with regular on‑site visits to hospitals, clinics, and purchasing departments.
Promote Brite Med’s portfolio of single‑use devices to clinical users, nurse managers, biomedical teams, and procurement leads to ensure meeting sales targets.
Deliver clear product presentations and hands‑on demonstrations that highlight clinical value, safety, and cost considerations.
Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
Identify new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into signed orders.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support product rollouts, training sessions, and customer events as required.
Required qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related life‑science field.
Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car (required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and organize territory activities to meet targets.
Willingness to work full‑time on site and travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Prior experience in medical sales is an advantage but not mandatory — we welcome candidates with strong clinical, technical, or customer‑facing backgrounds.
Preferred experience
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare procurement teams.
Familiarity with single‑use medical device categories and clinical workflows.
Exposure to B2B sales cycles, tender processes, or distributor networks in Lebanon.
