About My Engineering Practice: I am an independent, tech-enabled Civil Engineer and Contractor based in Lebanon. I specialize in high-end remodeling, turnkey construction, and structural auditing. The Role: I am looking for well-connected, highly motivated Freelance Sales Representatives & Deal Closers to bring in new contracting, renovation, and engineering projects. You will act as an independent business developer, leveraging your own network to secure contracts. The Compensation (100% Commission-Based): You will earn a flat 5% commission in cash on the total value of any signed project you bring to me. There is no cap on your earnings. Example: Close a $50,000 interior renovation project You make $2,500. Example: Close a $200,000 villa build You make $10,000. Who You Will Target: Real Estate Developers looking for reliable execution. Architects & Interior Designers who need a trustworthy engineer to execute their designs flawlessly. Lebanese Expats looking to build, renovate, or invest in property back home with an engineer they can track digitally from abroad. Homeowners needing remodeling, finishing, or structural audits. The Ideal Candidate: Real estate brokers, building material suppliers, or professionals with a massive network in the Lebanese market.
