The Role: I am looking for well-connected, highly motivated Freelance Sales Representatives & Deal Closers to bring in new contracting, renovation, and engineering projects. You will act as an independent business developer, leveraging your own network to secure contracts. The Compensation (100% Commission-Based): You will earn a flat 5% commission in cash on the total value of any signed project you bring to me. There is no cap on your earnings. Example: Close a $50,000 interior renovation project You make $2,500. Example: Close a $200,000 villa build You make $10,000.
