Company Description Axio General Trading and Contracting is a diversified trading company operating across multiple industries, including automotive spare parts, healthy snacks, safety footwear and workwear, and paramedical supplies. We focus on sourcing reliable products and building strong partnerships, enabling us to serve a wide range of markets with efficiency and consistency. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support day-to-day sales operations across multiple product lines including automotive, safety wear, healthy snacks, and paramedical supplies. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp Prepare and follow up on quotations and offers Coordinate with purchasing department to check lead time and availability Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation Maintain and update customer records and sales data Follow up with customers to close deals and build relationships Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support (fresh graduates can be considered) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good command of English Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems is an advantage What We Offer: Growth opportunity within a multi-industry trading company Hands-on exposure to international trading operations Performance-based development and incentives
