Responsible for inspecting 26 branches, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and providing training for all kitchen teams. Combines chef experience with auditing, reporting, and recruitment support.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct food safety inspections across all branches.
• Identify violations, document findings, and follow up on corrections.
• Train chefs and kitchen staff on hygiene, handling, storage, and cleaning.
• Prepare inspection reports and communicate with management.
• Apply chef experience to guide proper preparation and workstation practices.
Requirements:
• Experience as a chef or kitchen supervisor.
• Strong food safety knowledge (HACCP preferred).
• Ability to train and communicate clearly.
• Attention to detail and willingness to travel.
