Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Assist in minimizing waste and controlling costs
Requirements
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as Commis ready to grow
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
