Job Description – Chef de Partie
Restaurant: Hajj Nasr
Department: Kitchen
Reports To: Head Chef / Sous Chef
Summary:
Manage a specific kitchen station, prepare and cook dishes to Hajj Nasr standards, maintain hygiene, and support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and flexible hours.
