Description
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, heating) as per daily production needs.
• Assemble sandwiches quickly and accurately according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and assembly stations.
• Follow hygiene protocols and food safety regulations at all times.
• Inform the Supervisor of any stock shortages or equipment issues.
• Support team members in other stations when needed.
• Support all operational duties as needed, including cleaning, preparation, service, and any other tasks required to ensure smooth workflow during and after shifts.
• Handle food items with care and maintain quality throughout the preparation process.
EDUCATION:
High School Degree or Vocational Training in food-related field is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a kitchen, sandwich shop, or food prep environment is preferred.

• Basic Arabic communication skills
