Cheddar Cheese Sauce Powder Mix
خليط مسحوق صلصة جبنة الشيدر

PREPARATION & COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1- In a saucepan, with wire whisk BLEND dry sauce mix into 1 KG (3 Liter) cold water
2- Bring to a BOIL, stirring the mix
3- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 minute
REHEATING DIRECTION:
1- Place refrigerated leftover sauce into a microwave-safe dish and loosely cover.
2- Heat on high for 30 seconds, stir the mix then heat for another 30 seconds
3- Stir the mix until thoroughly warmed
طريقة التحضير:
١- ضعي في وعاء الخليط ١ كغم و ٣ لتر من المياه الباردة وامزجي الخليط باستعمال سلك الخفق
٢- ضعي المزيج على النار على حرارة عالية و استمري بتحريك المزيج الى ان يغلي
٣- خففي الحرارة واستمري بتحريك المزيج لمدة دقيقة
اعادة التسخين باستعمال الميكرويف:
١- ضعي المزيج في وعاء مخصص للميكرويف
٢- سخني المزيج لمدة ٣٠ ثانية، حركي المزيج ثم سخني لمدة ٣٠ ثانية
٣- حركي المزيج حتى تتجانس الحرارة
