We are seeking a diligent and organized Secretary to support the daily operations of a medical clinic located in Hamra, Lebanon. The ideal candidates will serve as the front-line representatives of the clinic, ensuring a patient-centered experience, accurate administrative processing, and seamless coordination among doctors and patients. This internship-level role offers valuable exposure to clinical administration within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Answer, screen, and route phone calls and inquiries; greet patients and doctors in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-up visits
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with local regulations
Process admissions and discharge documentation as needed for our clinic visits and procedures
Manage clinical correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail distribution.
Prepare and process invoices for doctors that rent in our premises, collect payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
Assist with inventory management for office supplies and clinic materials.
Support patient flow and wait times by maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
Adhere to clinic policies, privacy regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Fresh graduates or internship-level candidates; previous healthcare administration or receptionist experience is a plus
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, email, and scheduling tools)
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor

1-9:00AM to 1:00PM
