Description
Le Lilas Flower Lounge is seeking a male Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flower boutique and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service for our clients.
Responsibilities
. Manage the day-to-day running of the flower shop
. Coordinate with florists and staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
. Assist clients and provide excellent customer service
. Handle order taking, scheduling, and follow-ups
. Maintain shop presentation and ensure a welcoming environment
. Oversee inventory, manage stock, and coordinate supplier orders
. Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and support administrative tasks
. Manage social media content and assist with promotional activities (a plus)
Requirements
. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, email communication
. Knowledge of social media management, Photoshop, or Canva is an advantage
. Languages: Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written)
