Are you a master of coordination with a background in technical services?
Servix Solutions are looking for a sharp, experienced professional to be part of our remote operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our mobile technicians, owning their daily schedules and ensuring all service calls are executed with high precision.
The Essentials:
Proven experience in dispatching or operations coordination.
Knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical services.
Ability to manage and optimize technicians’ schedules dynamically.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability for the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift.
High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
