Description
Remote / On-line Business Development Representative
Conduct 30 minute meetings with Project Managers (in the USA) in charge of
projects at college campuses, municipalities. The client prospects projects
can be operations, maintenance, planning, construction, . . .
The successful candidates for this position must be fluent in introducing our
technology (like google maps, but more advanced targeting large campuses,
municipalities, etc. It shows on a map critical information to manage
facilities.
+ Full time conduct meetings during USA business hours (contacts are in the
US).
+ Work hours (in Lebanon) start between 4pm-6pm, until midnight or 2am local
time
+ We have a database system (CRM) that has all the details on people we meet
with
+ A successful business development representative can:
- Quickly learn during training how senior managers think and can convince
them new technology benefits their team
- You are ***laser focused*** on moving the conversation efficiently and
respectfully to learn their activities and show where our technology helps
- English proficiency: Excellent
- Organize 100s of opportunities and uses tools (we provide) to conduct
on-time follow up calls (develop the opportunity efficiently)
- Very comfortably and easily learn modern online applications and quickly
learns similar new applications
- Loves engaging in conversations with new people, listens *thoroughly*
and is energized by actively figuring out how their issues can be solved
+ The compensation is monthly base plus bonus based on number of meetings
scheduled. The base pay is $1,400 / month and bonus about 30%-75% additional
if the rep is successful doing the work.
Very well spoken english is needed
