Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and manage our signage and printing production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of printing and signage processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the signage and printing industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing, large-format printing, signage fabrication, and installation processes.
• Ability to manage production schedules, workflow, and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with printing materials, machinery, finishing techniques, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle production challenges.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, sales teams, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
Salary:
