Description

• Coordinate item movement between polishing and setting stations. • Conduct weight verification post-polishing. • Monitor and verify stone quality after setting. • Prepare and analyze material consumption data. • Update and maintain accurate records in the project management system. Responsibilities • Ensure items are transferred from polishing to setting within one working day. • Verify item weight after polishing to maintain accuracy. • Oversee return of SD items from setting to polishing • Check the quality of set stones before proceeding. • Record consumption data and flag inconsistencies. • Upload real-time data including images and sales orders. • Ensure all finished items are properly documented and closed in the system. Skills: - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Production Management, or related field - Minimum 2 years in jewelry production or inventory control, with specific knowledge of stone setting and polishing processes. - Knowledge of jewelry production workflows - Understanding of stone quality standards - Inventory and consumption data tracking.
