Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jbeil for a phone operator. The phone operator will communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Shift Overview: Night shift, 9 hours/shift, different shift timings are available starting 5PM
Working days: Monday to Friday
Office presence is mandatory
Salary in USD + benefits including transportation and insurance
Qualifications
• Fluency in English is a must
• Age: Over 25 years old
• Preference is given to those living in Jbeil and its surrounding areas
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent Customer Support skills
