Description

We are seeking a Control Room Operator responsible for monitoring the company fleet through GPS tracking and camera systems. The operator will ensure safe driving, monitor deliveries, and report operational issues in real time. Key Responsibilities 1-Monitor company trucks using GPS tracking and vehicle camera systems (MDVR). 2-Track driver behavior such as speeding, harsh braking, route deviation, and unauthorized stops. 3-Monitor loading and discharge operations of fuel trucks. 4-Detect and report fuel theft, safety violations, or suspicious activities. 5-Maintain daily logs and prepare Excel reports for fleet performance and incidents. 6-Coordinate with drivers and operations team during emergencies. 7-Ensure cameras and GPS systems remain online and functional. Requirements 2–4 years experience in control room, fleet monitoring, or logistics operations. Familiarity with GPS tracking platforms and vehicle camera systems. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting. Ability to work shift schedules (24/7 operation- shift rotation wil be there) required). Strong attention to detail and quick response to incidents. Good communication skills in English. Preferred Skills Experience monitoring heavy truck fleets. Experience with MDVR systems and telematics software. Basic IT troubleshooting skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accurate monitoring of fleet activity. Immediate reporting of safety or operational incidents. Daily operational reports submitted on time. Maintain maximum uptime of monitoring systems.
