Al Alam Contracting and Maintenance is looking for the following job Title: Technical Support Location: Bauchrieh, Lebanon Time: 8am to 5pm
About the Role:
We are a specialized retail shop dealing in home automation, security, networking, and electrical components. We are seeking a tech-savvy professional to oversee our daily shop operations while providing dedicated technical support. Priority is given to candidates living close to the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations: Manage the daily activities of the shop, ensure the store is well-organized, answer incoming calls, and assist customers with inquiries.
POS & Inventory Management: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process transactions, and accurately update and monitor stock levels.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance, including programming of automation, security, IP Phones, computers….
Requirements & Qualifications:
BT/TS/LT diploma is a plus.
Technical background or hands-on experience in IT, networking, computer science, or electrical systems is a plus.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage technical tasks while attending to the shop floor.
Assertive and clear communication skills to effectively handle suppliers, clients, and daily operational challenges.
