We are a well-established automotive accessories and detailing shop specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF) wrapping services, located in Zalka, Naher El Mott Highway. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following position: Customer Service & Payments Officer Key Responsibilities: Handle customer payments and money transfers accurately Respond to customer inquiries via digital communication channels and in person Follow up on leads and assist in converting them into sales Welcome and support walk-in customers with product and service information Ensure a positive customer experience at all times Maintain basic transaction records and customer information Coordinate with team members and support daily store operations Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills (Arabic required; English preferred) Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure Basic sales and customer service experience Good organizational and multitasking skills Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable Why Join Us?
