Description
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems (Omega is a plus)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and display area
Ensure products are well presented and properly stocked
Upsell and promote ongoing offers or new items
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth service
Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
Nationality: Lebanese
Minimum age: 27 years old
Previous experience in counter sales, cashier, or F&B is a must
Strong communication and customer service skills
Presentable and professional appearance
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts and working hours
