Description
- Contacts customer by telephone to tell him any changes occurred or to ask him about date of payment.
- Answering customer’s contact’s by emails, telephone, fax and in person. Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints, provides technical assistance to customers.
- Responsible for guiding and supervising complaint resolution and verifying customer satisfaction.
- Provides technical assistance and training to all sales representatives and factory/field service personnel as needed.
- Performs or assigns any other duties necessary related to customer service or to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for assuring that all orders of the day are delivered to customers.
- Performs data entry and uses software programs
