Job Title: Whish Money Teller (Operator/Cashier)
Location: Jounieh, Lebanon
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Whish Money Teller (Operator/Cashier) to join our team in Jounieh.
The ideal candidate will handle daily cash transactions and money transfers, while ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Process domestic and international money transfers using the Whish Money system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist clients with transaction-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare daily closing reports.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Requirements:
High school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
1–2 years of experience in cash handling, customer service, or money transfer operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or money transfer systems.
Ability to work full-time from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Must be based in or near Jounieh.
