Role Overview
The Admin Coordinator will act as the central point between service technicians, clients, and management to ensure smooth scheduling, reporting, and operational follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily service and maintenance schedules
• Follow up on job status and technician reports
• Monitor stock and system updates in coordination with the Team Leader
• Prepare service documentation and basic reports
• Support client communication and follow-ups
• Maintain organized records and confidential files
Requirements
• Previous experience in administration or operations coordination
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with systems and tracking tools
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and disciplined environment
