Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments • Verify quantities and quality of goods against purchase orders • Organize and store inventory properly to maintain order and accessibility • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies • Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory • Supervise warehouse assistants and daily activities (if applicable) Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field • Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management • Good knowledge of inventory systems and MS Office (especially Excel) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure • Good communication skills
