About the Role We are launching a new business vertical and are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and growth from day one. You will own the full social media marketing function for this new vertical, from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, testing fast, and turning ideas into measurable growth. You will define the social media marketing strategy, choose the right channels, launch campaigns, track performance, and continuously optimize to acquire new customers. Responsibilities • Build the social media marketing strategy and plan for the new vertical • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach • Select and manage acquisition channels such as paid ads, content, partnerships, SEO, email, social, and others • Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end from ideation to execution • Track performance, analyze results, and optimize based on data • Work closely with sales and product to align messaging and conversion • Manage external agencies or freelancers if needed • Own marketing KPIs and growth targets Profile • 3+ years experience in marketing, growth, or customer acquisition • Strong ability to build and execute a marketing plan from scratch • Familiar with running marketing campaigns across different social media platforms • Familiar with modern marketing strategies and growth frameworks • Familiar with marketing automation tools. Experience with AI tools is a plus • Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable with ambiguity • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions • Excellent communication skills in English.
