Job Title: Boutique Sales Associate
Location: Beirut – Badaro
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a warm, dynamic, and sales-driven Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at our boutique located in the heart of Badaro.
In this role, you will be the face of our boutique, welcoming customers, providing personalized styling and shopping advice, and creating memorable, high-touch retail experiences that keep clients coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors warmly and deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
Understand product offerings in detail to guide customers, offer styling tips, and close sales naturally.
Maintain the aesthetic presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness of the boutique.
Assist with inventory intake, tagging, stock checks, and restocking display shelves.
Handle daily POS transactions, cash/card reconciliations, and customer inquiries via WhatsApp or phone.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven retail sales or customer service experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or boutique retail).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, polished demeanor.
Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a strong plus.
High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to visual detail.
Living in or near Badaro / Achrafieh / surrounding Beirut areas is preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
(One scheduled weekday off per week) (Optional: specify if they receive a rotating day off given the 7-day schedule)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $600 net per month
Performance Bonus: Up to $300 quarterly, tied to sales targets and performance
