About the role:
Makken Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and generate projects across our group companies.
Our businesses include:
Makken Construction — Construction & Fit-Out
Maken Indesign — Interior Design, Furniture & FF&E
Urban Woodworks — Woodworks & Furniture
ULC Specialized Engineering — Specialized Engineering & Construction Solutions
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings
Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, designers and corporate clients
Generate leads and follow up on opportunities
Introduce Makken Group's services and capabilities
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Maintain an organized sales pipeline
Follow opportunities from initial contact through closing
Meet agreed sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years of sales/business development experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Existing network in construction, real estate, interior design, hospitality or related sectors is a strong advantage
Valid driving license and own car preferred
Fluent Arabic and English
