Arabica TV is hiring a Sales Representative in Beirut.
ROLE
You'll own venue acquisition across Beirut and Greater Beirut — prospecting, pitching, closing and onboarding sponsors .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and work a daily pipeline of clients
- Visits in person, pitch owners and managers, and close subscription deals
- Run demos of the platform and explain the value clearly
- Onboard new client and make sure their first campaigns go live
- Follow up and maintain relationships to drive renewals and referrals
- Track leads, meetings and deals in our CRM and report weekly
- Feed market insights back to the marketing and product team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related)
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development or hospitality/F&B
- Confident, persuasive communicator — comfortable walking into a venue and pitching
- Fluent Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Beirut F&B and nightlife scene is a big plus
- Active on social media and familiar with influencer marketing
- Organized, target-driven and self-motivated
- Own car and valid driving license preferred

- Base salary starting from USD 800-1500 + commission (depending on experience)
