Job Description:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, meeting sales targets, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our offerings.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet customer needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management on a regular basis.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
Requirements:
Proven track record of 5 to 10 years in outdoor sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality market, including key players, industry trends, and customer demands.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales data.
Valid driver's license and personal car to commute within the designated sales territory.
