We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis.
Your main focus will be managing sales team, closing deals, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team daily
• Set clear sales targets and ensure team performance
• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve closing rates
• Monitor leads, conversions, and overall pipeline performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Support team members in closing high-value deals
• Report team performance and results to management
• Ensure consistent follow-up and client relationship management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and team management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train and motivate a sales team
• Good understanding of sales funnels and closing techniques
Experience in tech sales is a plus
Compensation:
• Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
