Administrative & sales assistant
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, correspondence)
- Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, quotations, and orders
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Support basic accounting and inventory processes
*Requirements*:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in sales or admin is a plus
- Well-presented, organized, and a team player
