We are looking for an experienced Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring heavy-duty truck drivers, diesel mechanics, and logistics staff and sales people. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit (a) blue color: heavy truck drivers, diesel mechanics, helpers, and logistics staff (b) white color: accountant and sales people.
Use job portals: Indeed, Linkedin recruiter
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and arrange trade tests if required.
Manage recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate database.
Ensure recruitment targets are met (weekly hiring targets).
Assist with visa processing and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
3–5 years experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Experience recruiting blue-collar workers (drivers, mechanics, technicians).
Strong sourcing skills using job portals and databases.
Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle high-volume hiring.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Deliver 10–15 qualified CVs per day for priority roles.
Meet monthly hiring targets for drivers and technical staff.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Experience with ATS or HR software is a must.
