Receptionist – Dental Clinic (Hamra, Beirut)
Location: Hamra, Beirut
Salary: Approximately $600/month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with a professional attitude.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and update the clinic management system.
Process payments and issue receipts when required.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or administrative assistant (experience in a medical or dental clinic is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
