We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point for our Law Firm, delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibility:
1- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manners.
2- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
3- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
4- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
5- Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules.
6- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the Fir.
Support other administrative staff with tasks as needed.
6- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company's standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
1- Languages: Arabic, French and English.
2- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
3- Professional appearance and demeanor.
4-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5- Customer Service orientation and attention to details.
6- High School diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
7- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
