Rare antique edison phonograph from 1892 from the first phonographs in the world. very clean and still working well.

The phonograph is housed in a distinctive wooden case with a curved lid and a carrying handle. The front of the case features the "Edison Standard Phonograph" name in a banner logo.
History: Edison introduced several models of cylinder phonographs, including the Concert Phonograph in 1899 and various "Standard" and "Home" models in the early 1900s. Production of these specific cylinder phonographs ceased around 1912.
Function: These devices played music or recordings stored on wax or everlasting cylinders.
