Qualibre is Hiring – QA/QC Officer Location: Awkar Basic Function: The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely adoption of quality standards defined by management and aligned with international organizations’ rules. This includes developing, reviewing, and monitoring all procedures and processes to ensure full compliance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and control all company procedures and process documents. • Develop, review, and update procedures regularly. • Ensure effective communication of procedures; coordinate training and refresher plans with department heads. • Ensure activities comply with BRCGS, RBI, and international quality/safety standards. • Audit company processes periodically and maintain detailed compliance checklists. • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with safety and security policies. • Investigate accidents, near-misses, and breaches; prepare periodic reports. • Ensure proper safety and operational signage is in place at worksites and offices. • Validate operational KPIs for management. • Implement and supervise Food Safety Management System (FSMS). • Supervise sanitation and safety practices. • Maintain and verify all forms, master lists, and quality documents. • Conduct evaluations, internal audits, and organize staff training. • Act as Team Leader in quality and safety initiatives. • Oversee fire extinguisher readiness across facilities. • Ensure storage of products meets BRCGS standards. • Prepare for external audits, review NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Requirements: • Previous experience in QA/QC, preferably in food safety or compliance. • Strong knowledge of quality systems (BRCGS, FSMS, audits, compliance). • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
