Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities, master tilers and workers
Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet productivity and schedule targets
Read and execute shop drawings, setting-out and façade layouts
Ensure correct installation of mechanical façade systems, cladding and tiling
Track attendance, daily productivity (m²) and material/accessory consumption
Control tools, equipment and materials on site; report shortages in advance
Enforce health and safety rules, including scaffolding and working at height
Carry out quality checks and close out snag lists before handover
Coordinate with the project manager, consultants and other trades on site
Submit daily and weekly site reports with photos
