Description Pattern Maker (Pad system) We are seeking a talented and experienced Pattern Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying patterns for Evening and Bridal dresses using the PAD (Pattern Design) System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with digital pattern-making systems, with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities Create and modify patterns using the PAD System to meet design specifications and production requirements. Ensure accurate pattern grading and sizing, adhering to standard measurements. Collaborate with designers and production teams to understand product specifications and improve pattern designs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to patterns, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the production process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies in pattern-making software and techniques. Perform pattern adjustments and revisions as needed based on prototype feedback or sample testing. Work with the cutting room to ensure seamless transition from pattern creation to fabric cutting. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, with a strong background in using the PAD System. In-depth knowledge of pattern-making principles, grading, and fabric handling. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
