We’re hiring a full-time Social Media Account Manager & Content Creator to manage our hospitality and property brand accounts from A to Z — strategy, execution, and content production. You’ll handle the full social media lifecycle: planning content calendars, creating graphics + visuals + short-form content, writing captions, scheduling posts, driving growth, engaging with audiences, and reporting performance.
This role requires someone who understands brand positioning, is creative visually, and can produce content independently while communicating clearly with clients and maintaining strong account relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple social media accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Build monthly content calendars and manage posting schedules.
• Create content: graphics, stories, reels, short-form videos, and brand visuals.
• Write captions and ensure consistent tone of voice.
• Track performance, report insights, and recommend improvements.
• Stay on trend and adapt content style to platform evolution.
Ideal Candidate
• Experienced in social media management for brands (preferably hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate).
• Strong creative eye + comfortable designing visual content and short video formats.
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and knows how to move fast without losing quality.
• Can operate like a mini agency inside the brand — strategy + creation + execution.
