We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for our printing press.
The role includes writing and sending marketing emails, researching potential clients, preparing contact lists, coordinating social media content, arranging videos to be filmed inside the printing press, and supporting the sales team with presentations and promotional material.
The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, good organization, and an interest in marketing, communication, and business development. Knowledge of printing is a plus but not required. The candidate must be willing to learn about printing, packaging, paper, finishing, and production.
Main responsibilities include:
Writing professional marketing emails.
Researching new potential clients.
Managing and updating a client database.
Planning and posting social media content.
Coordinating photos and videos of the printing process.
Supporting the sales team with marketing material.
Following up on email campaigns.
Preparing weekly reports.
Requirements:
Strong English and Arabic writing skills.
French is a plus.
Good knowledge of social media.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable contacting companies professionally.
Basic design or content creation knowledge is a plus.
