Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, coordinating shipments, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and shipment documentation
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and transport companies
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products
• Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Support logistics and procurement teams as needed
• Generate inventory and operational reports for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure
