We are seeking a Kitchen Commis to assist in daily kitchen operations. The role involves supporting food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and following established kitchen procedures. The candidate should be able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment while respecting hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as instructed • Support cooking and plating during service periods • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, tools, and equipment • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines • Assist in proper storage of ingredients and supplies • Help with receiving and organizing deliveries • Carry out tasks assigned by senior kitchen staff • Ensure compliance with internal kitchen procedures Requirements • Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices • Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Physically able to perform kitchen-related tasks • Reliable and punctual
