Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock (food, beverages, dry goods, supplies)
Ensure proper storage according to FIFO/FEFO and food safety standards
Issue stock to kitchen and restaurant departments as per requisitions
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
Assist in stock counts, audits, and expiry monitoring
Report damages, shortages, or quality issues promptly
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and accounts teams
Requirements:
Diploma or basic education in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
0–2 years experience in a warehouse or restaurant store
Basic knowledge of inventory control and food safety practices
Ability to lift and move stock items
