About Cereal Soup Games
Cereal Soup Games is a U.S. based independent game studio developing its first commercial title. We're building a small, passionate team focused on creating fun and memorable gaming experiences.
We're looking for a motivated Junior Unity Developer who wants to grow their skills, contribute to a real game project, and learn from experienced team members in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Develop gameplay features and systems in Unity
Write clean, maintainable C# code
Fix bugs and help improve game stability
Work closely with designers, artists, and the lead developer
Participate in testing and iteration cycles
Learn and apply game development best practices
Contribute ideas and solutions during development
Required Qualifications
Experience developing projects in Unity
Understanding of C# programming fundamentals
Familiarity with Unity's component-based architecture
Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and willingness to learn
Passion for game development
Nice to Have
Completed personal, school, or game jam projects
Experience with UI implementation in Unity
Basic understanding of game optimization
Experience working in small teams
Portfolio, GitHub, or playable projects
