We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior Creative Production Assistant to support our visual production workflow. This role is ideal for a student or junior creative who has a strong visual eye, is confident in Photoshop, and is comfortable working with short-form video. Responsibilities • Resize and format images for different outputs • Photoshop work including retouching, relighting, fixing clothing details, and refining proportions • Stitch short video clips together (5–10 seconds) • Add simple transitions, text, and light effects with good visual judgment • Apply creative decisions to enhance visuals while staying on-brief • Organize, rename, and manage files and folders accurately Required Skills • Very good Photoshop skills • Basic video editing skills (After Effects preferred, CapCut acceptable) • Creative eye for composition, proportions, and visual balance • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable handling files, exports, and structured workflows Who This Is For • Students or junior creatives • Skill-focused rather than experience-focused • Creative, organized, fast, and visually sensitive • Someone who can both execute precisely and think visually
